  • This course gives a good overview of the understanding of CBT. This course is not aimed at using CBT yourself, but rather introducing CBT to mentel health professional.

The resource materials include two websites about how to use CBT for yourself. You can go on with this after completing the course.

You can also google "5 Self-Help Strategies for Depression" if you want more self-help.

Nothing to complain but the platform, Canvas is not on the top notch compared to edX or Coursera.

No indicator on what you have completed. You have to remember yourself. The discussion forum is not user friendly enough.

This course provides glimpse of CBT through lecture videos, role play and suggestions for further reading. This course is unique resource for other psychotherapy practitioners and emphasises on systematic approach rather than limiting therapy to just talking therapy.
