This course aims to help participants develop the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully train for and complete a marathon. By the end of the course, students will be able to create personalized training plans, understand proper nutrition and hydration strategies for endurance events, prevent and manage common running injuries, and mentally prepare for the challenges of a marathon. The teaching method includes a combination of video lectures, reading materials, practical assignments, and peer discussions.
