Erasmus+ is the European Union programme for Education, Training, Youth, and Sport for 2014-2020. It offers schools and other organisations funding opportunities, including support for training courses and mobility activities for professional development, or for the development of project partnerships.
In the Erasmus+ funding opportunities for schools course, you will discover two different funding opportunities your school can benefit from:
- Learning mobility of individuals (Key Action 1)
- Strategic Partnership projects (Key Action 2).
Join us to learn more about the Erasmus+ programme framework, and to get inspired by concrete examples of school education projects. On this course you will also find information on how to link your whole-school approach to the funding application, and how to use the School Education Gateway’s Erasmus+ Tools as a ‘fast track’ to your application.
The course is of relevance to teachers, school leaders and other school staff interested in applying for such funding, but also to schools and other organisations interested in listing any opportunities they provide. You will not need any prior knowledge of the School Education Gateway platform and its services.
The course is entirely free and is organised as a MOOC-type course, allowing anyone to join. You will receive digital module badges for every completed module of the course as well as a course badge upon completion of the full course. All badges can be exported to the Mozilla Badge Backpack.
