Overview

Ce cours constitue une introduction au management, à la gestion d’équipe et au leadership. Il permet d’aborder les mécanismes de la prise de décision, les stratégies de motivation, l'impact du numérique sur l'évolution des métiers, l’agilité nécessaire à tout manager et les compétences d’un leader.

This course is an introduction to management, team management and leadership. It approaches decision-making mechanisms, motivation strategies, and the impact of the digital technology on occupations, the manager’s agility and the leader’s skills.
