Understanding how your body responds and adapts to physical exercise is essential to enhancing your performance.

Further to discussing the performance benefits associated with exercise, Dr Richard Winsley and Dr Jo Bowtell from the University of Exeter in the UK will also explain how physical activity can be used in the prevention and treatment of chronic health conditions.
