In this short course, Dr Aaron Coutts, Professor of Sports and Exercise Science at the University of Technology, Sydney, explains the impact recovery has on performance and how you can benefit from it. Dr Coutts will also offer an insight into some of the most popular recovery methods, how they are used within a sporting environment and then show you how to create your own recovery program.

by Kevin completed this course and found the course difficulty to be very easy.
This course is done in 30 min. It is incredibly basic. There is very little substance and it seems like its geared towards 7th grade students. I wouldn't even call it a course.
