In this course, join Jeanette Kwakye, Olympic 100m finalist and Professor L.C Cameron as they explore the impact nutrition has on an athlete’s preparation. Motier completed this course, spending 2 hours a week on it and found the course difficulty to be very easy.
Very good at taking beginner information and tip toeing into intermediate. Would like to see more case studies to apply information but hey can't complain about a free course.

Overall, it's a great introduction and very easy to follow. But it would be great if more examples were given. Specific to Nutrition and injury, Jeanette mentioned that she got injured - so I think having a comparison between her diet prior the injury and during the injury would have been fantastic.
