Overview

Applied Real Estate: What you need to know about buying and selling residential real estate. The purpose of this course is to provide consumers of real estate and real estate services the necessary information in order to facilitate their real estate decision making. This course is meant to help create an aware and thinking real estate marketplace. Topics covered in this course include (but are not limited to): property pricing, seller’s net from closing, purchaser’s total investment, negotiating strategies, buy vs. rent, loan refinancing, and healthy real estate markets. After this course is completed, students should be capable of being proactive participants in today’s real estate marketplace, as opposed to passive bystanders taking the deal structure as a given. This course seems to no longer be available. I signed up, but the website had errors pulling up the course, and I couldn't seem to get it to work. If I'm wrong, please comment below. I'd love to take the course.

This course is "unavailable to students" right now. Don't waste your time following the links and registering with Coursesites.com. Once you get there, instead of the course you'll just see an error message that says "resource not found." I contacted coursesites.com and they were the ones who confirmed it was unavailable.

cannot get into the course. It doesn't seem to be working for me.
It seems to me that someone should look into this I'm not the first student that couldn't get in. Why is it listed here if you really cannot do it?
