Hi. Principles of Project management is a featured course taught by Prof Sue Dawson, Polytechnic West, Australia. The course follows the PMBok (Project Management Body of Knowledge). The PMBok was developed by the PMI and is used widely by project managers to efficiently manage their projects. The course introduces the students to the management of the 9 knowledge areas applicable to a project - Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human resources, Communication, Risk , Procurement and Integration. Teaching is excellent. Course materials/ lecture notes are available for reference.

It's indeed an introduction course. Just talk in generalities. Supplement readings available for further understanding. You'd better have some experience before on a project to get a better impact from learning.
