Keith Okan completed this course, spending 2 hours a week on it and found the course difficulty to be medium.
Excellent class for those trying to figure out the mystique of wines. There are a few mistakes in translation. I didn't feel like the professor was talking down to me. The last lecture on what alcohol does to the body was out of place. I learned a great deal from this course. Glad that is was offered!
