Overview

The Internet of Things is the network of physical objects with embedded intelligence to sense their environment and to interact with business systems and each other. SAP Leonardo IoT enables the Intelligent Enterprise by creating live insights from connected things and business processes to deliver business outcomes. SAP is highly invested in the Internet of Things, and this course will show you how to get started with SAP Leonardo IoT.

This course will walk you through several use cases and stories of successful implementations and will also show you how SAP Leonardo IoT works with SAP Leonardo Machine Learning and SAP Leonardo Analytics. You will learn fundamental IoT concepts and how SAP Leonardo IoT approaches each to enable the intelligent enterprise, topics like edge computing, sensors, digital twins, microservices, data integration, and more.

Also included is an optional interactive exercise (ideation challenge) in which you will get to submit your own IoT use case, receive peer feedback, vote on your favorite ideas submitted, and have a chance to be showcased in a gallery of the best submissions.

    This course has given me a good exposure of the business industry working with integration of big data and the current situation of IoT. I would say this course is aimed more towards clients than developers, but it gives all types of audience a good understanding of how IoT can be used towards improving several business processes.
