Canvas Network: Attract Talent to Your Organization with Social Media

 with  Christopher J. Collins
A key skill for HR practitioners or hiring managers is the ability to attract talent to the organization. Today, the availability of social media tools has changed this process, although the end result is the same. Because the tools change so quickly, this course offers a framework for using social media to your advantage, rather than discussing specific social media platforms in detail. This course addresses a key aspect of attracting talent—the employer brand.

Jonathan Golland completed this course, spending 8 hours a week on it and found the course difficulty to be hard.
This course was a bit of a no-brainer. Basically, selling your brand to improve the productivity and profitability of your company. Also, the use of social media to promote said company or promote oneself in the situation where you are the project manager of your own company and trying to build up notoriety.
