Nice, short, course on the topic. Follows the open2study format which at times seems constraining. Discussions are quite dependent on who else is in the course.

Human Resourses course on open2study is a 4 weeks course which gives you the basic knowledge about HR functions and the evolution of the HR profession with the passage of time. The expectations of Gen Y from their job is quite different. In general, they love their jobs and are highly creative. It is not easy to retain them in an organization without providing good quality of work life. The impact of social media and IT on the HR profession is also covered in the course. Practicing managers need to know these changes or else they they may not be successful in managing Gen Y. The instructor Christina Dahdal is a good teacher with good presentation skills.

A great basic introduction to the Human Resources filed. Some great information on performance reviewing and employee management. Assessments are multiple choice but are sufficiently challenging to ensure you know the course content.
