Really enjoyed this course, very interesting, loved that week two was all about the application, not sure how easy i am going to find applying this to practice in Wales, UK however - very limited resources.
Tutors very knowledgeable and obviously enthusiastic .
Case studies useful, i think videos talking through the case studies for clarity would have been great.
    Thanks for a great course!
(Ricardo i think i worked with you in the Wiral, UK)

It is very informative and evidence based. I like how the course shares reset findings and results. The case studies are awesome, which helped me think how I would apply what I have least from the course in real life. Thank you

Great course, lots of information at a high academic level. Clearly explained the processes and mechanisms of GI issues in athletes, with a particular focus on long-distance endurance events - a significantly neglected area in much of the literature elsewhere. It's great to chat with those at the forefront of this research. This will really help me with my own practice and research. Would like to do the course again. Would highly recommend to others. The best part is the ability to ask the course tutors questions, this was very informative.

Fantastic course for those wanting to learn more about the physiology of EIGS and what tests can be done to correctly assess the possible causes of EIGS in order to plan a dietary treatment.

The course presented the issues athletes face extremely well and then went about sorting solutions to the issues based on the research which has been done in the field. Very informative and helpful when dealing with athletes across all sports who have gastrointestinal symptoms.

The course wasn't well described, I'd probably go as far as saying misrepresented, in the marketing literature. The content was actually primarily about ultra endurance athletes not about regular exercise. I personally see ethical/moral issues with the excessive consumption of food/nutrients by endurance athletes when so many people on earth are hungry so it is highly unlikely I'll ever use the information provided.

    Really informative.

I would prefer having summaries of the articles along with the link rather than a list of links below for each section.
