Overview
This course aims to help educators understand STEM career pathways, address gender stereotypes in STEM education, and explore the benefits of external school-to-work programs. Participants will learn about balancing the roles of teachers, mentors, parents, and role models in promoting STEM careers. The course uses a combination of theoretical content, case studies, and practical examples to engage educators in fostering STEM interest among students. The intended audience for this course includes teachers, school administrators, career counselors, and anyone interested in promoting STEM education and careers.
