Learning How to Learn: Powerful mental tools to help you master tough subjects

Written a year ago
Even though I was a teacher myself and an advocate of life-long learning I was able to gain a good deal of practical, helpful information from this course. It also became a stepping stone for my personal development. I have even gone back to the course and looked at discussions, connected with others and checked for new resources. I do recommend this course especially if you want to tackle touch subjects.

Preventing Dementia

Dementia affects young and old and affects every family. Knowing what Dementia is and understanding that there is a lifestyle that will help you now and in the future is a gift. This course explains it in a way one can understand and gives the information you need now and how to get more information as needed. I recommend this course to everyone. View it as a first aid course supplement.

Living with Dementia: Impact on Individuals, Caregivers, Communities and Societies

Written 5 months ago
This is a course I have taken twice and will take again in a few years. As you learn more and hear more conversations about mental illness you will discover that everyone has some connection to someone living with Dementia. The course is extremely well done. The information is updated and one quickly realizes how much progression there has been in the last ten years or more. Hopefully the progression in information will outpace the progression of the disease. I recommend this to everyone.
