Renata Petrevska Nechkoska

I am a PhD researcher for double degree (exp. early 2017) at Management Information Systems Department at Ghent University Belgium and University St. Clement Ohridski Bitola, Macedonia – dared to re-establish tactical management in the world, both in managerial direction (with adaptability) and in Information systems direction (with IS self-design). I am a former banker, mostly on middle management positions (Head of HR, Branch Manager, Project Manager, ...) and current researcher, anxious to go back to real life and implement all experienced and learned. I see challenge in bridging worlds – scientific Management/IS/HR/Complexity, academy/business, developing/developed countries, strategy/tactics/operations, clients/company and making life worthwhile living.

Introduction to Complexity

Written 2 years ago
It was with high quality, properly structured and modular, but also comprehensive and inspiring! Just the right input a person concluding writing the PhD thesis needed to cross the finish line with - highly recommendable, among others, for PhD researchers, as stable ground for innovative skies.

What is extraordinary are the first hand lectures designed and delivered from the best in the field (the ones whose work we are usually citing and referencing, trying to uncover their thought process, now giving direct lectures to the learners), and the absence of focus on profit, income, payment, limited free access etc. It brings about the true nature of scientists as the ones who carry the curiosity, intellect, energy and pure wisdom to this world and would like to teach humanity, i.e. everyone who opens his/her mind for selfless thought.
