As an old guy (71) it could be asked isn't it late in life to focus on learning how to learn. But as is said its never too late to learn. In fact one of the greatest risks of aging is dimentia. While there are undoubtedly some organic causes, exercising the brain and being engaged in learning is at least partially protective.
And life doesn't stop binging us new things to learn just because we are getting older. If anything the opposite is true. Look at all the great new digital toys available to us. Using them requires learning how to use them.
Learning also helps adjust to the changing world we live in. While I don't think I will ever be enthusiastic for all the tattooing some people have done to themselves, being a better learner makes me aware that there world view while different from mine is real and acceptable.
The enthusiasm of the instructors is great and I am glad I discovered the course.
