The teacher is fantastic. She explains things in a very clear way and is a pleasure to listen to.
This course teaches a few simple concepts to be more effective at learning (and which can be applied in other situations too, e.g. tips to concentrate or avoid procrastination have applications in other contexts).
The only area that I think is a bit less relevant is the final section on taking tests. It feels very much tailored to the American university experience, and not as relevant in other settings (the concepts of study groups, having an instructor on hand for questions etc. do not necessarily apply outside of a very specific setting).
