A great introduction and refresher to mindfulness. Very engaging instructors, God material and exercises and lovely engagement with other students.

Really enjoyed working through this program - in particular, good to learn that we tend to strengthen what we are already good at, and overlook things that are harder to learn - but, started to give learning attention to new things can turn them into strengths as well (eg saying youre good at language and not at science ... but turn your attention to science, and you might find you're good at it).
