Good Sure, here's a review for the course: "I recently completed the course, and I found it incredibly insightful and valuable. The content provided a comprehensive understanding of personality types and how they influence communication, teamwork,…

Excellent and informative explanation of how knowledge and practical application of personality type can enhance personal energy levels and team dynamics. One of the most important topics includes how to foster good relationships with colleagues who may be at risk for conflict based on personality differences.

The course has helped me understand about different personality types by providing clear insights to the MBTI model and its 16 personality types and how understanding about different personality types can help us manage teams better.

The course is full of great content and it's well apt. The self-assessment tools & techniques for G3 leadership is very crucial for management leadership competency building.

The goals of the course is to guide action of individuals and teams and I also learned that without clear goals, you might wander for quite a while before getting to where you wanted to be.

Sharing goals with others, going public with your goals, increases commitment to your goal attainment. Building your personality type, knowing your personality type is very important in quality management. And going forward I will recommend this course to colleagues who want to build personality competence.

I learned more about personality types and features. Ms. Jocelyn S. Davis did a great job and it is felt that she understands the topic, but I think it is necessary to structure all the information visually, there are a lot of small features that are difficult to remember right away. Can make cases by type in a playful way. I think it's better to study even deeper.

Please ask the organizers to check all questions of self-examination, quizes, exam. There are inconsistencies when the correct answers in the quiz do not correspond to the exam, or when you need to find the correct 1 answer in the question "is", but there are correct 3 answers, etc. Numbers 13, 14, 17. Thanks a lot.

I am a design student who tries to learn something new, such as psychology, to leverage my understanding of people, especially my clients and colleagues that I work with in the future. This course, titled "Let’s Get Personal: Working with Personality Type" is great. But, unfortunately, it's difficult to understand for someone new to this matter. I have difficulty in understanding the detailed differences of MBTI. I hope there will be some kind of improvements that will make others understand this subject easily, maybe by making the MBTI tables more understandable. But, overall, the experience I have while learning this matter is okay.

This course has helped me a great deal in understanding my behaviour at work and the behaviours of the people who work with & around me. As a result I have been able to give suggestions to collegues who were experiencing conflict at work. Before finishing the course I regularly noticed how my stress level was more easily managed and that I would purposely flex into different behaviour.

To make the course even better, I would review the questionning in the tests. Flexing into behaviour looking for the false answer, was rather difficult for me. I.e. it took a lot of energy.

Thank you so much for this course.

I like this course as it helped me to know more about different personality types and the traits by which we can identify them and understand them in a easy way

This is a great course for anyone who wants to manage themselves, manage people or manage projects. It also opens our eyes that everyone is different and there is no best or worst trait; instead it is all about adapting to the situation. Managing energy is also another takeaway that one can get from this course. This course revolves primarily around personality. Even though grasping everything from this course can be difficult, it is highly recommendable to take notes for future purpose.

I found this course to be enlightening. Knowing myself better and learning that the discomfort I normally face in certain situations especially at work is because am working out of my preference. Also appreciating how my work experience has aided me…

Getting into the course at first I was unaware of the different personalities that a person could have and how they would impact our day-to-day life in a personal and professional setting. But after taking this module, I am more aware of how to know myself better through the MBTI test and also access my team member and my families and friends, so now I know how to deal better with them to make the best out of the situation.

This is very good course on personality type. However, it seems more relevant for the people who are looking to understand / apply personality / type in the work settings, especially in the project management. One suggestion, there should be a tab which provides links for all the reference combined. I found it sometimes hard to read and write links from the screen, wish there were hyperlinks.

Professor Davis was very informative , this course taught me a lot about different personality types, how to handle different types, and how to flex my personality, very helpful.
Though I found the exam questions to be a little confusing, there were a few questions that had more than one correct answer but the question asked you to select one statement. Overall I give the course a 4 out of 5

I found it extremely helpful, I teach college students and do plenty of group work, so what I learned about personality will be of great help. Knowing the different types will help me in organizing work groups so they can achieve better understanding of the material seen and discussed in class.

This is an excellent course with great content for anyone who wishes to manage himself, people, or projects. It also taught us that everyone is unique.  Another lesson from this course is the ability to manage energy. This course is mostly concerned with personalities.

The Course is well designed covering all the aspects of personality. The lessons are very well articulated followed by the quizes.
I have attended one MBTI workshop earlier. But the depth of this course was much better.
Nice to go through the content.

A very useful course for the professional managers who work with the team day in and dat out. It started with knowing one own personality type and thereafter looking for the other personality type you are working with. It helped in minimizing the conflict in communication and help resolve the problems. it further teaches you how to reduce tress and energies yourself. MBTI is a very useful tool not only for work place but also in personal life. The course content was sufficient but sometime there was ambiguity too. IT was repetitive too and it would have been better there was summary in the end of the course.

The course pertaining to various personality types, carefully researched and divided , helped me get a better insight to people and the behaviours I saw but couldn't quite understand as I do now.

As an INTJ, I saw the pitfalls of my personality type and how can I flex out of my preference and comfort zone to improve myself, interact better and help others by pulling them out of the grip they unintentionally land in.

The course was overall very informative and useful, and of course very practical for application in day to day life and project management and task handling.
