by Vishal completed this course, spending 3 hours a week on it and found the course difficulty to be easy.
TV white spaces are a new open resource, ideally suited for libraries, museums , modern day schools and other community institutions involved in public service.

Going forward , I believe it will further explore their role as community anchors promoting access through strategic technology integration which eventually will lead to enhanced civic engagement, cultural opportunities, and economic vitality to communities.
