The course is great for someone who has no prior knowledge to the construction industry. If you do, however, have prior experience, this first course is more of a refresher course as it covers most of the basics of how things operate. The recaps after each video allows you the opportunity to just listen and watch the video without the need to pause and take notes as everything is nicely summarized after the video on the next slide.
