I enjoyed, I wish I could do it a bit quicker and involved more to make comments. I found disturbing to promote technology as a good and helpful thing but I accept the explanation and changed my mind about it. I felt a bit sad about the final test, you can do it only if you upgrade. It's fine, I understand, end of the day is a business and a good try to make money. I am not blame you. Thank you for the opportunity, all the useful information and the extra reading suggestions. It was a pleasure to be part of this course.

The course covers a broad range of topics and shows how play is integral to our personal development. It also shows how it is affected by factors such as urban design, access to facilities, the application of new technology, disability and the concept of universal design. The course presenters are experts in their fields and are able to convey complex ideas with clarity. This is a course which makes you think and challenges some of your pre-conceptions about play and its role in our lives and societies.

Thought-provoking, informative, challenging...and fun!

Really well presented, with lots of supporting research, without ever feeling like a lecture series.

Helped by the engagement of fellow learners, all clearly inspired by the course content to share their own experiences.

The FutureLearn platform worked well. I accessed via an iPad, and everything ran smoothly (not always the case for all MOOC platforms, in my experience).

Enjoyed most of the course it seemed to be slow starting off but as the course evolved got better but this also maybe due to my maturity, understood play where there was less fear of being out and playing outdoors, which has been highly curtailed which I feel a disadvantage ,but this is where society is at this time. Understand technology can be a good thing in the field of rehabilitation and has good uses .

The course was excellently and excitingly presented, with a wide scope but never losing sight of the main topic. The materials were well paced and organised and imaginatively presented. I particularly enjoyed being taken into a virtual-reality environment for a taste of learning in a virtual domain. Great fun without compromising solid learning - the best of play!

I completed the course and took the test at the end. I felt that it has widened my perspectives on the nature of play and given me a better understanding of the need for disabled children to have access to playgrounds and the outside environment. I really enjoyed researching my favourite toy from my own childhood as it brought back lovely memories. Super !

This is a brilliant course. Anyone with any interest in play and the values it adds to life should try it.

I left this course not only better informed and more up-to date on what is happening in this area of life and study but with a sense of hope and enthusiasm derived from some of the interactions and developments in the topic.
