This course explores strategies for influencing others, collaborating effectively, and making informed decisions. This course is designed for front-line, junior to mid-level supervisors and manager roles, responsible for leading teams, projects, and processes in a diverse range of organizations. Participants should have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in roles that require leading, supervising, and managing people, projects, and processes critical within organizations.
