Syllabus

  • Introduction to Written Music Notation
    • You will familiarize with written music notation by learning to identify notes on Treble and Bass clefs. You will also learn to identify note names on a piano keyboard and learn to write music using an online notation software.
  • Musical Intervals & the Major Scale
    • This session will teach you the concept of intervals, simply put the distance between two notes.
  • Time & Rhythm
    • This session will help you understand the concept time within the context of music and how rhythm works for written and aural music.
