This free course will enable leaders and aspiring leaders in a range of educational settings to consider different approaches to leading inclusive professional development. Students will be introduced to concepts and practices for collaborative enquiry and contextually relevant professional development. They will be encouraged to reflect on how these approaches can contribute to inclusive communities of practice within their organisation and how they might support the needs of educators at different stages of their career.
