Implementing SAP’s user experience strategy, however, is much more than simply activating standard SAP Fiori apps. It is critical to utilize all the tools, innovations, and best practice guidelines provided by the SAP Fiori design paradigm to get the best end-user experience, tailored for each enterprise.
It is therefore important that the user experience considerations should be part of the conversation from the very early stages, as customers prepare for their SAP S/4HANA transformation. In this course, we’ll follow the journey of a fictional company called ABC Corporation as they plan, realize, and deploy SAP S/4HANA, and we’ll look closely at the user experience-related topics throughout this journey. We’ll also describe how they can deliver an intelligent experience.
Week 1 will begin with the considerations during the planning phase, when ABC Corporation is evaluating the scope and budget for the SAP S/4HANA transformation.
In week 2, we’ll cover the considerations during the project implementation phase: the methodology, tasks, and resource profiles for the UX track within the project.
And in week 3, we’ll show how ABC Corporation can innovate even further by using intelligent technologies and the capabilities enabled by SAP Cloud Platform, such as machine learning, intelligent robotic process automation, and chatbots, to deliver an Intelligent Experience.
