Your Windows Server and Linux virtual machines (VMs) running in Microsoft Azure require public IP addresses. In Managing Public Networking in Microsoft Azure, you’ll learn how to design, implement, and troubleshoot public IP addresses used both with VM virtual network interfaces as well as Azure load balancer front-ends. First, you’ll learn how to choose precisely which of your Azure resources require public IP addresses.
