Syllabus

Course 1: Kinematics of Machines
- In this course, you will learn to perform kinematic analysis and synthesis of various mechanisms, and draw coupler curves. You will also be exposed to graphical as well as analytical methods.

Course 2: Kinematics of Robots
- In this course, you will learn how to mathematically represent robots. Furthermore, you will be able to perform the forward and inverse kinematics of various robotic manipulators, conduct their velocity analysis and statics and do robot planning.

Course 3: Dynamics of Machines
- In this course, you will learn to perform static and dynamic analysis of various mechanisms, write equations of motion for mechanisms and perform balancing of mechanisms.

Course 4: Dynamics of Robots
- In this course, you will learn how to write equations of motion of serial chain robots and mobile robots along with their simulation.

Course 5: Robot Sensing and Control
- In this course, you will learn low and high level vision. You will also learn the principles of control and to perform linear and nonlinear control of robot manipulators. Finally, you will also learn control of wheeled mobile robots.

Course 6: Mechatronics
- This course is designed to introduce you to working with mechatronic systems and their associated tools. The course provides information on various types of sensors and actuators and how to work with microcontrollers. Furthermore, PLC programming and programmable motion control are introduced.
