Grade 10 Chemistry - Electrochemistry

This course focuses on the topic of electrochemistry as it pertains to Ethiopian Grade 10 Chemistry. Students will become acquainted with the basics of electrochemistry, electrolysis, and industrial applications of electrochemistry. Students will understand the basics of electrical behavior in chemical processes, including electric cells and current, and be able to apply this knowledge to practical industrial applications. The course will include learning about the chemistry of electrolysis, including processes such as electrolysis of ionic compounds, electrochemical conversions, and the processes involved in making metals and other materials by electrolysis. The industrial application section will explore the use of electrochemistry in areas such as metallurgy, battery production, and hydrogen production.
