Overview
This course covers the analysis of tracers, residence time distribution, modeling non-ideal reactors, and segregated flow in reactor design. Students will learn how to analyze tracer data, calculate average residence time, model non-ideal Continuous Stirred-Tank Reactors (CSTRs) and reactors in series, understand Polymerization Reactors, and explore segregated flow. The teaching method includes screencasts with corrected closed captioning. This course is intended for learners interested in kinetics, reactor design, and chemical engineering concepts.
